Mini-Groups/Triads/Dyads

When focus groups are not a viable approach to a clients qualitative research needs, we often use Mini-groups, Triads (3-on-1’s) or dyads (2-on-1’s) which provide the ability to effectively probe topics, yet flexible enough to cover more issues – which takes less time with fewer people.

Just like other qualitative research techniques, Mini’s, Triads or Dyads are most helpful in understanding the “why’s” behind the “what.”  These small group techniques are very useful for getting at the emotional & psychological dimensions of customers decision making – or for identifying the underlying motivations, softer attitudes or for “peeling back” the layers of customer wants and needs.

As with all Clarion Research’s qualitative services, we offer clients a worry-free approach to project design, management and execution.  Our experienced qualitative staff will ensure all aspects of your project will be completed on-time and with the highest level of service and commitment.
