Control
- Informal in-house pre-test before any
programming or "live" interviewing is done
- If CATI or online questionnaire are to be used,
thorough in-house beta testing of programmed questionnaire before any "live"
interviews are done
- For telephone studies, interactive pre-testing
with 5-10 respondents via phone before actual interviewing commences. Pre-test
interviews are monitored by Clarion Research personnel
