respondent-friendly features available with a custom-programmed survey.

- Password protection to admit invited respondents only
- Unique URL address to permit only one completed questionnaire
per respondent
- Screening and quota control to interview qualified respondents
only.
- Automatic skip patterns
- Ability to carry through or "pipe" responses into
subsequent questions
- Randomization of lists and attributes to eliminate order bais
- Real-time logic checking of answers
- Constant sum and allocation verification
- Ability to collect verbatims
- Photo or graphics inclusion for logo, concept testing or
package testing
- Ability to "hot link" directly to other web sites if
necessary
- Ability to sample visitors to your website
Note: The following survey is
done in multi-page interactive format (i.e. once an answer is
given, the questionnaire automatically moves to the next page). A single
page format is also available (i.e. where the respondent must scroll from
question to question). However, single page formats are only recommended if a very
large sample size is required over a short period of time.
